Death Stranding – PC

Death Stranding is a third-person, open-world action game. Death Stranding was released for the PlayStation 4 in November 2019 and is scheduled to be release for Microsoft Windows in summer 2020. Enjoy playing as Sam Porter Bridges, a deliveryman traveling across a conglomerate of North American cities trying to rebuild after the collapse of civilization.

Setting

Death Stranding is set in an apocalyptic United States during the aftermath of a cataclysmic event known as the “Death Stranding”, which caused destructive creatures called “BTs”. These are invisible creatures linking to the afterlife. For the beginning of roaming the Earth, they cause explosions known as “voidouts” and produce rains known as “Timefall” which rapidly age and deteriorate whatever it hits and damages the player’s armor and cargo.

As a result, the remaining population of “United Cities of America” made remote colonies known as “KNOTs”. Each and every colony relies on the services of Bridges Company for delivering supplies.
BTs are normally invisible, but Members of the Bridges have a mental connection to a “Bridge Baby”—a premature child reflecting a state between life and death— to sense the presence of a BT, see or control them.

Character

The player controls Sam Bridges. It’s his job to deliver supplies to KNOTs and also reconnect them via a wireless communications network to a communications system known as the Chiral Network.

Access and use blueprints in the map to make consumable items and structures with the Portable Chiral Constructor (PCC), including ropes, bridges, and power generators used for charging battery-powered equipment.

Leave supplies, structures, and messages for other players in The Network. Just don’t forget that structures will be destroyed by Timefall after a while.

You will progress in game and level up based on your performance and company evaluation.
