eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2020 is a football simulation video game for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The demo was released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows on July 30, 2019 and the final edition of the game will be launched worldwide on September 10, and September 12 in Asia. It will be the 19th installment in the Pro Evolution Soccer series.
What’s new?
For the first time in the PES series, this game will have a mode called “Matchday”. You have the chance to play online among others from all around the world. There will be a match or a derby each week and players will have the chance to help their team win. You also have the chance to pick the team you want to be on the side of.
Game play:
New techniques have been added to suit each and every player’s style. Here we name some:
New dribbling technique
Finesse dribble is an advance technique applied in PES 2020. This new and advanced technique will allow players to design their movements and snake between defenders quickly and easily. The technique has been developed with world renowned midfielder, Andrés Iniesta to use his knowledge and abilities.
Tapping mechanics
The trapping mechanics had been upgraded. Since each player has his own unique piece of art in the field, each player will have huge improvement in PES 2020. Players are going to give enhanced intelligence when they approach the ball. The trapping technique chose by each player depends not only on their playstyle but also the game situation.
No Touch Control is another feature of the trapping skill. Now you can run beside the ball without making contact with it.
Sensitive kick accuracy
“For football purists, fewer things are more satisfying to see than a long ball that wings its way towards its target with uncanny accuracy” but it’s unarguable that accuracy must be earned too. The PES 2020 designers will consider this by using an enhanced context-sensitivity for kicking. You’re position and posture will affect each shot. And you will be rewarded for timing, patience and awareness in this particular game.
Defence
Improvements has been made in PES 2020 for every movement. Especially in the final, and the penalty area. Improvements like additional sliding, tackle animation, the time of clearing the ball when defenders clamber to shut down a well-executed attack has been made.
Ball
The ball physics had significant improvement. There are several new ways to interact with ball that will result in a much better game experience. You will be able to control the ball with various part of the feet which will result in a better game experience.
Player interaction
Adaptive player interaction system is also added to the game that realized through the new inspired character. You will see each player personality.
Plus the player’s playstyle will affect other players around him.
Skills and abilities
Wide range of new skills and abilities in the game including: aggression, tight possession, Through Ball (accuracy boost) and Long Shots.
Be like Ronaldinho
his unique style will be taken into account in PES 2020. Due to Ronaldinho-inspired animation sets, Players will be able to move just like him. And they can use unparalleled technical flair and fluid movement to beat defenders with impunity. There’s also some of his special showboat first-touch techniques, like chest control and back control.
