The Pathless

The Pathless, a mythic action-adventure Single Player game about an archer and an eagle in a vast supernatural forest from the Abzu producer. The game will be out in early 2020. Giant Squid Studio – developer of the successful ABZÛ game revealed Pathless during The Game Awards 2018.

About this game

* The Pathless was originally revealed for PS4 and PC last year and it is one of the first games confirmed for Apple Arcade.

* This game is about the relationship between a hunter and eagle as they explore a forest full of cursed beasts.

Character

You will be a haunter – instead of a diver in the ABZÛ. He will have an eagle as a companion in the pathless. The archer is so expert that you won’t need to think about aiming. It’s all about your relationship with your eagle, what you are shooting at and why you are shooting it.

Setting

Players will explore an expansive, mysterious and cursed forest. The story revolves around the main character’s struggles to remove a curse from their once-idyllic land and get rid of the darkness. The lush forest is filled with creatures both familiar and supernatural and a veiled hunter who shows off some wicked skills with her bow.
